A real shame! All was going so well with my conveyancing at GSO Law. I was, for the most part, very impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of my conveyancing solicitor. However, very near to the end my solicitor left at completion stage and since then it has become a nightmare to conclude my conveyancing. Mistakes made, and disorganised. No response to emails. Repeatedly fobbed off over the phone. Still waiting after three months. I would have given 5 stars if they hadn't messed up so badly at the end. The saga continues...

Had a very good service for both the probate and conveyancing of my late father's property. The two executors were kept informed throughout the process of what stage we were at and were pleased with the overall service.

Called Edward off the advice of the CAB and was told to contact the CAB. When I advised the CAB had said I now needed legal representation I was told "well, we've got too much work on". That was it. No SLA. No alternative. No help at all. As a family we have used them several times in the past, off my recommendation. Never again. Very disheartened by the experience.
