Great service. I'd lost my keys to my Vespa PX. Terry popped around managed to remove lock from toolbox. Took it away and returned the following day with 2 new keys and replaced lock. Drama over

Fantastic service. I broke my key and lost the blade on it, Terry came out within an hour and programmed me a new key and fixed my old one so i now have a spare, really grateful.

Terry runs a brilliant auto locksmith service. I can’t recommend him enough. He assisted with cutting a coding a spare key for a fiat 500 and repaired a faulty door lock. Ignore other national providers who say they are in Malvern and go to Terry instead!

Lovely, amazing place. They are able to fix locks and shoes, re~cut wonky keys, sell interesting stuff (especially torches) and generally all round amazing service! We make a special trip to go there.

Stuck without any working key for my vehicle. Within an hour of my call Terry was with me to sort it. An hour later I’m back on the road and it was friendly five star service all the way. This is the service to call if you are having key problems without doubt.

Was in a bit of a last minute 50th birthday gift rush for a friend and went into the shop with only a vague idea of what to get. Sandra and Steve (I really hope I’ve remembered your names right!) were incredibly helpful and I’ve come away with a beautifully engraved and very stylish hip flask set. If I could leave negative stars I would I took an expensive pair of boots in to be fixed - as one had a broken zip. I was advised they would get the closest colour match to the zip as possible and it would take two weeks. After two weeks I went in, the boot was not ready. They advised it would take another week as they were having issues getting a zip, to which I said if they could not do it could I have the boot back as others can. They assured me they could do it, they were struggling as it was a heavy duty zip that was all. After another two weeks having heard nothing I call and follow up, concerned. They had still not done it. Would be another week. After another week I call, not done, they would do it, I request if not done within a week I want the boot back anyway. Today (six weeks from giving them my boot) they finally return the boot to me...ruined. They have replaced it with a weak GOLD zip (a colour this different should have been checked with me before putting it on!!!) That is too weak for the job. On top of that they have scratched the leather of the boots in multiple places, and destroyed the boot tassel attached to it, so now I need to repair the leather AND replace the tassel. When being told this they said they would 'not charge me, putting ourselves out of pocket' as if they were doing me a favour. For ruining my boot and taking 6 weeks to do it. Horrendous customer service, I would absolutely NEVER use them again and would actively discourage anyone from considering their services. To summarise; - lack of communication and response form their end was terrible - quality of work was awful - I am now out of pocket to pay to replace/repair the damage they have caused.
