Stephen saved the day for us. We were let down by our landlord who had not booked an after builders' clean following very messy repairs. This meant that our daughter would have had to spend another school week sleeping in the lounge on the floor. I called Malvern Cleaning Services on Saturday morning and he moved things around and was able to attend on Monday morning. Stephen spent the day at our flat cleaning and washing our carpets and hoovering up plaster dust. We finally feel able to breath again! Fantastic!

I was so upset by the final results of a what they call “deep clean”. We asked for all rooms and a carpet clean. With the carpet clean they tried to get rid of stains but still loads left that I can get rid off, and they didn’t move any furniture meaning they didn’t clean the carpet under the bed or desk, the windows looked worse than before. No dusting upstairs, no actual cleaning, rubbish and dirt left on floor on carpet. So harsh bringing up and down the stairs. Downstairs was sort of ok but still not up to standard. So so disappointed and with all of that still cost a whopping £125 which I don’t think I should of payed. Horrified. I do not recommend, make sure you find someone that knows what there doing. If you want to be ripped off and get a poor job down book in here otherwise go somewhere else. Yes lovely people nice to have around but not good at the job. All talk no doing:( Service: Deep clean

We recently used Malvern Cleaning Services for an end of tenancy clean to include carpet cleaning and a full oven clean. The team did a great job of a large barn conversion with very high ceilings and beams, leaving it immaculate. The fact they turned up with toothbrushes to scrub the hard-to-reach places shows their dedication to detail. They provide a professional, friendly and well-priced service. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to others.
