Returning for my appointment I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile from Chloe. She took time to consider my challenge of a restyle!..I have fine thin hair. I wanted volume along with a mid length blunt cut. Chole restyled it brilliantly. Taking time to ask I was happy as the hairstyle progressed. This has resulted in the best hair style I've had in awhile, thank you so much!! Highly recommended.

Bespoke is a really friendly salon which a friend had suggested to me. I opted for a curly cut with Julie to try and tame my hair wavy hair and make it more curly. I had about 8 inches off the length and had layers put it which has really helped. The products all smell amazing and i was explained what products were being used and why. Even the hair wash was lovely. I would definitely go back

Kate did a great color. & cut with Highlights.very pleased. The young girl who washed and properly rinced my hair did a good job too while I relaxed in a nice massaging recliner chair. Very nice.

I had a lovely experience at the salon. I felt that I was listened to during the initial discussion and the rest of the visit was tailored to want I wanted to achieve. I booked online just a few days before which suits my work schedule and felt the price was very competitive to other salons. I will definitely be booking again early next year!

I had been disappointed with a previous haircut and wanted a change of salon. The Bespoke Hair Company had excellent current reviews, so I booked a consultation with Kate. Within a few moments of discussing my hair with her, I knew me and my locks were in good hands. On the off chance, I asked Kate if she had availability to cut my hair there and then, and she did! She cut and styled my hair beautifully. I left the salon transformed and looked and felt 10 years younger. I get the slogan "you get what you paid for", but no one should step out of a hair salon looking like how I did. I chose a junior hair dresser to dye some of my grey hair. It was a simple one tone dye (the highlights in the picture were already there) and not full length.....how can it go wrong, right? My complaint is more towards the senior hair dresser/owner. It is your responsibility to help your young apprentices to learn. You fail to be hands on. You were there at the beginning to suggest and that was it. You failed to check and guide your apprentice in between, nor did you check whether she did a good job or not. The young apprentice is a lovely young lady. Before drying my hair I asked her to clean the dark stain around my hairline because it was pretty obvious from the front. She tried her best, but at the same time justified "it stains because it's a dark colour". Hello?? In the end, I didn't mind taking over the cleaning because I can scrub harder to remove the dark stain from the front. Now looking back, she tried to clean the back when I put my hair up before leaving the salon. It doesn't matter how nice the junior hair dresser is, I will emphasize how disappointing to know that she allowed a customer to walk out of a salon to go to lunch with her hair up with that amount of stain on her neck. It is best to apologise and ask for help to clean it. I could be understanding. Instead, I was mortified and embarrassed when my 7 year old son made a face of horror. Plus, knowing that I walked the streets looking rediculous. For the next week, my hair will stay down.
