Adrian is amazing! He spoke me through all the options, made sure I was happy with what I getting and spoke through the next stages of my hair journey. Honestly could not be any happier with the result! Definitely would recommend a visit to the Little Hair Shop! You get great value for your money and a lovely, welcoming experience! Went in with limp, bland dark hair with highlights, to coming out with gorgeous red highlights that liven it up and give my hair depth!

I have recently moved to Malvern and was looking for a salon when I saw a review for this salon that said they are good with curly hair. Being a curly girl I was excited to see this! The whole experience was lovely from start to finish. Adrian did exactly what I asked of him and advised me on length and style that would suit my hair blow dried or curly. He was friendly and put me at ease straight away. I left the salon with a beautiful new hair style and a new favourite hair salon in Malvern. I feel like a new woman! Avoid. A half an hour appointment for a wash cut and blow dry completed in a rushed 35minutes totalling £58. Turns out I was being charged an extra £5 for apparent PPE. I took my own mask apparently the charge is for the plastic gown to wear (which im sure cost all of 3 pence). Not once was I made aware of this to start with. Even without this its extortionate for a place like that. Salon not appearing clean. Hair all over the floor when I sat down to start ie not swept between clients. So if I wasn't swept I wonder if it was sanitised...hmmm. After drying my hair and running the straightners through for a second he asked if it was smooth enough to which I said not really. He proceeded to lecture me on that was why there is some breakage on my hair as I want it 'too straight', but he did then follow this by saying 'im sure you won't listen to this advice though'! How rude. Instead of straightening to fuzzy bits he proceeded to rub loads of oil in instead meaning I've walked out looking like my hair needs washing! I've honestly not written a negative review in probably 10 years on anywhere whether it be restaurant, hair dressers or beauty salons. But this place definitely deserved the bad review and more importantly so someone else doesn't go through this experience. Service: Hairstyling

I have thick curly hair and they do a great professional job. Many hairdressers won't attempt to cut my hair so am very relieved to find people that are so competent and friendly.
