Small store with limited choice, would love to see more variety of wall paper. Soft furnishings there. Staff always helpful and very friendly

Not the largest of B&Q stores but big enough to have most things. Good car parking with easy access. Wheelchair friendly. Friendly and helpful staff.

Garden centre was very reasonable in prices, the only thing I did not like when we were outside this shop assistant shouted to my friend don't vape out here !! in a very rude manner, I can't believe her attitude, why not put notices up to say please don't use vapes, but when at the tills the staff were nice kind and helpful,

large store with a large selection of materials for almost every job would recommend if you need anything for DIY

Got some raised beds and liners. Staff unsure were products have been moved to and self service payment is difficult, especially when trying to manoeuvre the loaded flatbed trollies in a narrow restricted area where old people are reluctant to move. Got everything we wanted and left happy.

A good store, there's plenty of parking. I only went in to get one thing but they had the wall plugs and screws I needed, so no complaints here.

Trying to work out what to buy my father for his 92nd birthday & knowing he absolutely loves gardening , a close friend suggested B&Q Malvern & straight into the garden section with a good variety of different plants to choose from. Purchased 3 plants & spent GBP 53.00 Friendly helpful staff at check-out, plenty of spacious parking outside with large trolleys for heavy items. Need I say when returning home in Upton my parents were both pleased.

Staff here I find are great. But the store is now half arsed and seemingly a forgotten legacy retail land grab. Lots of local independent suppliers would do better (more if they kicked this out). They should have never rid the bus station. Reinstate the transport hub!

Smaller format B&Q store but just right for the town of Malvern. Friendly, local staff who give advice when needed and all the products you need for home and garden. Decent gardening section.
