Twice in the past couple of months I've called to check stock on a product, I've been told there are loads in stock. On both occasions I've paid at reception for the product only to find out that they haven't got any stock! So I've then needed a refund. Talking about backwards or what! They didn't seem bothered either! Would not recommend

Very impressed with the polite & friendly service here at the Malvern branch when I ordered a fencing panel. Jack and his colleague went above and beyond to help me out when I encountered an installation problem. Many thanks to them and the team for great customer service.

Have used CBS for several years and have always found them friendly, willing to give advice and fairly priced. Jim on the front desk is very knowledgeable and willing to give or seek advice if needed.

I have used County Building Supplies for many years and have always had excellent service for my DIY home and garden projects. I have also invited tradesmen to get supplies on my account, especially those wishing to keep their turnover below the VAT threshold.

Spent 25k with them as we believed in spending locally on our self build. Prices gradually increased to 15% above high street prices. Deliveries were short on occasion and then charged again to make up the short fall. Our custom was not appreciated and we were taken advantage of. Final straw for us was being charged £75 for delivery for 6 miles. we have 30k to go in spending and won’t be spending it with them. The guys on the front are good and helpful but overall the overcharging and total lack of an account overview leaves us cold. This is not a good business. Phil Stevens
