Excellent place to be, lovely staff especially kirsty who made me feel very welcome with a hot coffee.

I visited Elgar court on an open day with my family last year looking for possible future accommodation for my mother. The home was very warm and welcoming more like a hotel than a care home but with a happy and inviting atmosphere. The staff we met were friendly and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. We had a fantastic show around topped off with homemade cake and coffee in the bistro. I must say that when the time comes I would definitely consider Elgar court as a perfect place for my relative. Well done to all the team at Elgar court it looks to be a fantastic place to live!!

Moving a parent with dementia into a Care Home is undoubtedly one of life's most difficult moments. I am so grateful for the kind, gentle and consistent support from everyone at Elgar Court in the run up to and during this incredibly difficult move. From management, admin staff to nursing/caring staff, everybody has been fantastic throughout, even offering me the occasional hug when I needed it. I have no doubt that you will do everything you can to make each moment the best it can be for my father, going forward. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

As a new volunteer it is a pleasure to meet and talk with both residents and staff, always a great atmosphere especially in the cafe, residents have a bespoke setup allowing them to keep the independence whilst still having access to care when needed.

Excellently appointed accommodation, very homely. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Lots of 'friendly' open spaces, for company and companionship.

I visited Elgar Court before it was open to residents so my experience is limited. The facilities are impressive, the residents’ private rooms appeared comfortable and well equipped. The social areas are well designed with several small sitting rooms planned to be like a private home rather than a big institution. The views of the Malvern Hills from the front windows are lovely.

My family and I have been tremendously impressed with Elgar Court on recent visits to locate a dementia placement for my husband. The staff are knowledgeable, welcoming and the ambience is very special. I’m looking forward to my husband moving in and enjoying the many and varied activities! Ruth Phillipson
