From the moment we arrived staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. There was what seemed a large children’s party and this made no difference to the restaurant at all. And they seemed to have a great time too The food was delicious and fresh We were at the table for 4 hours )we hadn’t seen each other for for a few years! We were never hurried or felt we should move The only niggle -the coffee machine wasn’t working! Vegetarian options: Lots of options. And vegan too Dietary restrictions: Halloumi kebabs delicious Kid-friendliness: A children’s party was in full swing but we didn’t hear them and they seemed to have a great time Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space

We travel over an hour to visit The Bluebell Inn, this was our fourth. Each time we are not disappointed, the food is delicious and served as requested. The staff including the Chef are friendly and polite with a smile on their faces. We will definitely be going again. Although the menu is slightly more expensive it is worth it!!

After a previous disappointment when the ham hock was sold out, I finally had the chance to relish it at the Bluebell Inn in Malvern—totally worth the wait! 🍖😋 This second attempt exceeded all expectations. The ham hock wasn't just massive—it was incredibly delicious! The flavours were spot on, and the portion was generous, making it a truly satisfying meal. Each bite was a testament to the care and quality put into this dish. The Bluebell Inn has certainly mastered the art of delivering a delightful dining experience. For anyone visiting, don't miss out on the ham hock—it's a flavourful delight that's absolutely worth the anticipation! 🌟🍽️

The meal was excellent.. Someone has obviously taken a great deal of time to decorate for Christmas, the place looked superb. The staff were friendly. there was a good menu choice. and the bonus with 30% off main courses. My friends and I both commented that we would definitely come back.

Very easy to book a table, my specisl request was acknowledged. A very warm and genuine welcome on arrival. My elderly mother was treated with respect and kindness. Very clean and comfortable pub. Delicious food, arrived hot and presented nicely. Served by helpful and friendly staff who seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Made to feel welcome and would definitely recommend and return. I didn't eat, I just popped in for a quick drink with my wife, The staff were friendly and attentive. The pub is very nicely refitted following a fire a year ago and boasts so nice nooks and crannies to sit quietly in. I will go back and try the food as the pint of directors ale was well kept and inviting!

Went here for a meal on Friday. Booked a table for 2:30pm. The pub was quiet when we arrived. We decided to sit outside as it was a nice day. Beer garden has plenty of seating and there is water and snacks for your dog. We ordered some drinks at the bar and after 10 mins we ordered our food. I went for the 10oz Ribeye steak medium. We also ordered the Gammon egg and chips. Fish and chips and the chicken salad. The food arrived about 15 mins later. The food was hot and well presented. The steak was a little undercooked and to be honest for the money not the best cut of meat. Was more like a sirloin not ribeye. There was a big piece of gristle running down the middle of it. Not a ribeye steak really. Overall the meal was really nice. My wife's fish and chips was nice and the piece of fish was massive. The staff are really polite and helpful especially the bloke behind the bar with the beard.I would recommend but be careful when ordering the steak.

Location seems good & very clean & staff seemed polite & friendly. The chips seemed old or like they were refried. Fish was the same, the batter was weird. It was just overcooked batter & crispy beyond having any taste, quite greasy & not much fish underneath it. Peas were hard & tartare stingey on the portion. Ordered the brownie for dessert & just tasted like sugar, nothing had flavour tbh, pretty bland unfortunatley... & £16 for that fish & chips is alot.
