We have just had our bathroom & cloakroom refurbished and tiled. We visited C & C Ceramics as they were so good when we had our kitchen floor tiled. Carol was amazing, patient and inspirational helping us to make our choice. She was also flexible in ordering more when required. We cannot recommend her enough.

I can't rate this tile shop highly enough. There is a very large and unique selection of tiles and Carol ...the lady who kindly assisted me was highly knowledgeable and her customer service was excellent. She told me exactly the best way to lay the tiles and also organised delivery for me as I was a distance away. Many thanks again..the tiles look quite stunning. I will be back!

We have been buying tiles from Carol and Ian for over 10 years and in that time we have never been disappointed.. The range of tiles is very impressive and their customer service is fantastic. They will spend time trying to understand your room dimensions and tile preferences before making knowledgeable suggestions about how the finished room will look. They have introduced an appointment system which means you get all their attention for up to an hour and it works so well. We felt welcomed and valued and covid safe!

I did not have an appointment but Carol managed managed to fit me in. The range of tiles was extensive and Carol's knowledge and expertise superb. She was friendly and extremely helpful which enabled me to select wall and floor tiles for 2 bathrooms. The whole experience was enjoyable, I highly recommend the business.

Carol and Ian are so helpful and will offer solutions to any problem great or small, where finding the right tiles is not immediately obvious. Whether colour, shape, texture or flooring or wall covering they always are able to find the right solution. A very efficient appointment system has been in place during the epidemic but Carol would always endeavour to speak to you in between appointments if time permitted. A hidden gem! Have just discovered C&C and picked up some gorgeous Spanish tiles for my garden. Carol could not have been more helpful- from lending samples to offering advice and making sure we had everything we need. Great products and great, friendly service.

I have visited this shop on many occasions. It has a wide variety of tiles, suiting all design tastes and budgets. You have to pre book but it works really well as you are welcomed by very experienced and knowledgable staff. They offer advice which is absolutely crucial when making such a purchase. You are able to take tiles home and bring in your colour schemes and sample doors which is really helpful etc. I can not recommend them highly enough.
