Desperately needed a replacement transmitter and had payment issues (was the banks issue, not flying tech) so missed cutoff for next day delivery. When the payment went through Flying Tech was kind enough to upgrade the shipping to help me out. Fantastic customer service!

ok so have to put my hands up here, i was a bit hesitant with ordering from this site as i never heard of them before HOWEVER oh my god i am so glad i did, took 2 days for my runcam scopecam 2 to arrive well packed and protected! if i need anything else i will be coming here

Immediately followed up and when it turned out that the shipment had indeed been lost, action was taken immediately and the ordered items were immediately sent again, without additional costs. Top arranged, super service. I highly recommend them.

Ordered 2x Runcams with international shipping to Australia. Both items arrived within 5 business days. Items were shipping appropriately, with due care and attention paid to ensuring items would be safely received. Highly recommend this business.
