Over the moon with the service Doorveloper have given us. Had our bi fold doors for 9 years, they have become more and more problematic in terms of opening and closing, the one door had dropped and was damaging the lower lip when closing. Looked on the web for a company who specialised in the servicing of bi fold doors and chose Doorveloper. A first class service throughout through initial diagnosis of the the problem to the subsequent fixing of the problem. The door now opens and closes as if they’re new. Doorveloper were recommended to us to repair our Origin 6 panel bi-fold doors which we had been having an issue with. Excellent service from this team. We had issues with our doors ever since installation. This team came and did a full MOT including taking all the doors off the frame, resetting them and changing and repairing handles. Cannot rate them highly enough. Also very polite and obviously take pride in their work. Our doors now work better than ever!

Unlike many other folding door repair firms that I contacted prior, this time I was not fobbed off for seemingly spurious reasons, such as "Contact the supplier". I had bought an 8 door system, all folding to the left (Viewed from inside) at 6.4m opening from FSD in 2008/9, which over the next 10 years had dropped. It was not due to the quality of the doors, which is excellent, but from being misadvised by their contractors as to the method of support for this top-hung system. The guys at Doorveloper attended my house, nearing the edge of their service area in Oxfordshire. They had a thorough investigation of the problems, from which, I could appreciate that they knew what they were talking about. I had a few spares already, whereby they made a comprehensive list of the new parts required, which they bought directly from FSD. Once deposits were paid, they attended and got straight into the repair. It was a hot June day and they worked around 11 hours through, on top of their extensive travel. The repair involved taking out all the glass, straightening the aluminium units and replacing the hinges, handles and rollers where required. The cause of the need for repair was the steel beam supporting the top track. They hired acro-props to raise this and reset its fixings. This was perhaps the most challenging part of the repair, but all went well. Following the fix, everything was cleaned, vacuumed and put back into place then tested. It was mentioned to me that they couldn't guarantee that the top track wouldn't drop slightly, however part of their repair was to facilitate a future adjustment. If necessary, I will book them again to do this as I fully trust their expertise. I am only writing this review several months following the repair as anyone can do a fix that won't last. So far, with plenty of use over the summer, the doors have functioned exactly as they left them. The cost was not insignificant, however much of this was for official spares from the manufacturer, the rest represented excellent value for money. The original purchase was around £10k, so certainly in proportion. More importantly, two thirds of the back of my house opens again and this is why several months later, we can appreciate the repair performed by Doorveloper.

After trying to get a company to repair some hinges I came across this company by Internet searching. They were the only company to reply. Others were quite happy to quote for new doors. After some correspondence and photos they said they could find them. First classA* service.

Doorveloper are a 'Godsend'. We were convinced we would need to buy a whole 10 piece bifolding door combo - they were a compete mess! but we thought we'd give repair a chance first. These guys came and spent the whole day overhauling every aspect of the doors - brilliant - I couldn't believe it. They hit a few snags but came back free of charge and fixed them. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I have a 5-fold door. It had been a while since I had some issues with it. We need to realign doors and close some gaps it showed over time. Doorveloper were amazing in its service from beginning to end. They provide an immediate return for my quoting request. I sent them some pictures, explained the problem and they offer me a quote with a very good explanation of what had to be done. Immediately booked me in. On the day, they were on time, the guys were nice and friendly. And very tidy as well.
