Great service post* Phoned mobile solutions in barnards green on Friday and explained about my son's iPhone 12 not charging properly and got a quote. The gentleman that I spoke to was really helpful and told me it could be just a basic clean or it could be the worst and that would be a replacement charging port. I took it in today and wow was only in there what felt like minutes and he had sorted the problem and where my son had kept charging it he kept pushing the dirt in to the port so took a little more time but as I said I didn't seem to be in there that long anyway. Then I paid the gentleman and was on my way with a phone that was able to be charged again and with a lot of money still left in my pocket as it was just the clean 😊. Thank you so much and I would definitely recommend your shop to anyone that needs a repair.

Phone wasn't charging properly so I took it to Mobile Solutions Malvern. They examined it and found it was collected dirt in the charging port, which they were able to sort out quickly. A less scrupulous company might have charged me for a new part, so I'm very pleased with the honest service I got today.

Friendly and proficient. These folks have a very useful ability, they are experienced. While most of us have only one phone, these guys immediately knew what the problem was with mine and solved it quickly. That comes with experience. If you need something fixed in a hurry, they can do it, and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Took my iPhone to Apple at Touchwood as I had an issue with the camera. Apple said the connectors had been damaged it would cost nearly as much as a new phone to repair. Not true, I took it to Mobile Solutions and the fantastic engineer, James, put another set of lenses in and as Apple had also damaged the screen he put new screen on for me. Working better than ever at a very reasonable price and didn’t have to buy a new phone. Would highly recommend fantastic team

First class service from extremely helpful staff at Mobile Solutions Malvern & frustrating for me being charged the earth for international roaming while visiting from Australia. Re-placed a new chip for GBP 15.00 & could use my phone without worrying about extravagant charges for the next 3 weeks before returning to Australia.
