Friendly staff when ordering a hamper for a birthday present. Very helpful with what they do in hampers. Fruit and vegetables where fresh and a good selection. All delivered. Very happy and so was the birthday lady.. would highly recommend. Wished I had a service like this in my area, instead of supermarkets. When I visit soon I will pop in. Thank you so much.

It is unfortunate that this fresh fruit and veg shop has no other competition in Malvern, Becase if it did, it would quickly go out of business. Nothing on display appears to be priced, the staff look as if they don't want to be there, and when asked for prices, it is almost an effort for them to give a friendly response, as if you should just pick what you want and go to the till, and by then it is too late to realise it is SO expensive! Nothing about the place draws you off the street to browse, they should go and take a look at the fruit shack in Norton, beautifully presented, friendly staff, and great value, seasonal local produce. It is a little gem of a place, thriving with a constant flow of customers. I know where to go now, even taking the journey into account, it is a far better experience. So, Natural Choice, Smile :) Tidy up the displays, Price it all, (carefully!) and you may have yourself a similar little gem!
