A professional interaction from afar, as my local Ford Dealer somehow wasn‘t interested to provide a quote for the car I was interested in and another closer Ford Dealer quoted a slightly higher price plus the personal interaction by phone was „miles“ different to the kind, enthusiastic and patient interactiion with Josh at Hills Ford. Excellent/fast response time by email and phone. No pressure to add more optional extras. Received information on finance options. The car arrived sooner than anticipated and I am very happy with it.

Job was done well and pleased so far with the tyres. Although not a premium brand of tyres, i needed 4 all round. Professional garage, but could do with some atmosphere front of house. Overall good job.

I have had a service plan with Hills Ford for many years. Last Friday my latest service and MOT was undertaken. The service as always was first class and very efficient. I dropped the car off at 8.30 and collected it at midday. The car was handed back to me in a spotless condition.

STM Detailing Services Driving back home on Saturday night and was pulled over by the police for no tax on my van The police seized it and had it towed completely a joke as I knew it had Tax. Next day rang Hills ford but now answer and checked open times on Google and said it was closed so I went over to the Kiddiminster showroom where I explained what had happened and was told to wait for a sales manager. I sat there for over 30 min before anyone came😡 the sales guy then printed off the documents to prove I owned the vehicle and that it was taxed. I then went back to the site where the van was being hold but they were closed. I went in on Monday morning and was told it would cost me £150 for the tow and another 75 for the storage which I will not pay due to it not being my fault. Since then I have contacted hills ford again and they are still refusing to help recovery the vehicle. I have lost I've 10 k in earnings due to all of my equipment being in the van and I was supposed be heading to Cornwall today but that's not going to happen now. My girlfriend and I was left at the side of the road and had to get a taxi back from Hereford which was more expensive. I also cancelled a car that I ordered in June and they have said I can't get my £500 deposit back due to the contract terms. I will never step in Hills ford again and I've spent a lot of money there over time. Was sent this by email Hi Sean, Very disappointed to hear you want to go down this route as we have tried to look after you as a customer and even taxed the van for you on Saturday out of our own pockets. I will arrange to get the £500 deposit paid back to you. With this £500 refund this will draw a line under the matter and any further assistance with this matter will have to be taken up with the DVLA. As you paid the £500 on your card in the showroom, could you please pop in to see me in order to reverse this transaction. Thanks So I went int the Malvern to get my d was told id had a wasted trip as they were no longer going to pay me the £500 because I left a negative review the van is still in the compound and is costing me daily through loss of earnings 10k which I will leave to my legal team to sort out. This is now the 3rd day I haven't ben able to work due to the van not being registered to me in the first place. What a complete joke these guys are just hope I get my van back soon :( There response Hi Sean, Please refer to my last email which I have copied below for reference. On reflection of the actions you have taken yesterday, we will not tolerate the threat of extortion as a means for you to hold us to ransom for the £500. We have tried to assist you in multiple ways over the issues faced, the taxing issue was down to an issue with your direct debit payment not an issue with us here at Hills Ford. For you to post a review that is totally misleading as to who was at fault with the issue, that is just unacceptable and therefore we have taken the position to withdraw our offer of help and we will not be returning the £500. Update 11/11/2023 Went to collect the van from Auto Support to find out the van had been repossessed by the finance company leaving with out a van and out of pocket due to the large depoist i put down in the first place. I have 12 emails to the finance company which all have had no responce!! At the end of the day Hills ford have failed to send the documatation off which created a complet mess and will personal not be going anwere near them again. lesson learnt the hard way !!!

This Focus Estate is fantastic It is so easy to drive. Best car I have ever had I think it's the 13th. Lucky for me . All my friends love it. Comfy, elegant and holds the road so well. Roll on summer holiday. Thanks Hills for finding this car for me.

Took my Ford in with a puncture, they 'sealed it' and said the wheel was out of shape so if it goes down it needs a new wheel. Sure enough it was flat next time I used it, so booked it in to get new wheel fitted, the day before it was due in they rang to say they couldn't get the part and rebooked me in, this time they cancelled on the day of the appointment. At this point I took it to a local garage and they said the wheel was fine and at no point recently had the wheel been sealed! Shocking company

I have been using Hills Ford for many years. We’ve had a few issues over the years but worked through them together satisfactorily, so I would be happy to recommend them for service or sales to anyone. The senior team of family are great and Will, Carl and Dave are great on service, while Josh and Will are great on sales. They are trustworthy

Thoroughly professional and attention to detail ensure that the customer comes first. Excellent advice and communication delivering what has been promised. Service department is first class and highly personalised. In a world where there is often so much chaos and hassle these guys are a breath of fresh air. 👍

I don’t think there are enough complimentary words available to explain the service I have received from Hills Ford. From my very first initial email enquiry to receiving the car and even the contact afterwards, the staff are a massive credit to Ford. Josh & Will sorted out the deal and got me pretty much bang on budget without needing to barter, Adrian delivered superbly and professionally. Thank you all so much, highly recommend you all. Ford need to try and develop all of their Ford dealerships into ones how Hills Ford have treated me. I live near enough 90 miles away from them yet have a different branded dealership less than 10 miles away… surely that tells you something!
