We used Brookhire to rent a Ford Nugget campervan for a stay for a few days during late August. From the initial enquiry to returning the camper, the whole team have been thoroughly professional and we would not hesitate to use this service again.

Located in an industrial estate just past the Morgan factory, about a 10 minute walk from the Malvern links railway station. Staff were very helpful, and car was clean and well maintained. No problems at all with the rental, would definitely use this place again.

We rented a Ford Nugget campervan for 5 days and took it up to the Lakes. We noted any wear and tear on the vehicle before we set off, taking photographs as a precaution. We were walked through all the necessary user instructions and away we went! The trip was fantastic, the roof bed was comfortable, the kitchen was very usable and I plan to rent again! There’s only one criticism I had- why charge for external table and chairs when they come with the van as standard? We returned the van in good condition (as it was when we took it), so it was inspected and off we went.

Can't recommend these guys enough! What a great company offering fantastic cars and service. I was over from New Zealand visiting family in Malvern for 9 weeks and needed to hire a car on several occasions - periods ranged from 2 - 10 days. The first time I hired a manual Ford Focus, loved it, easy to drive and spotless. I requested the same car for my other hire dates but was told that it was being replaced by a brand new model so I could have that one instead and I thought the other one was practically new! Obviously the new car was also a dream to drive and immaculate. Chris and Richard were great to deal with I will definitely be using this company again when I visit in 2024. I'm hard-to-please, expect service from purveyors of goods and services, have travelled widely and can position British customer service as some of the poorest in the world. None of this is true of Chris and his colleagues at Brookhire, in Malvern, which probably explains why I have been renting commercial vehicles fairly regularly from them since 2009. In the hope it doesn't tempt fate, throughout all that time, Chris has never let me down and has been thoroughly fair with his pricing. He's a good egg and the firm is well-run so, if you need a vehicle, I suggest you try them ahead of others.

Brilliant service and a great price. Much cheaper than some of the big hire companies and got an almost brand new vehicle with no damage! Out of hours return was a big help as well. Will definitely use again.

We came to the area for a long weekend and Chris and the team were brilliant. Chris kindly picked us up at the train station and the service was perfect. The car was well cleaned and looked after. We could not have been happier and would definitely recommend! They’ll be our first call for car hire when we’re back in the area.
