No messing around with conveyancing at all. Clare sends you everything as soon as it comes, and they are nicely accessible for hand delivering paperwork. They were much cheaper than the big company I used last time and you even get a direct dial- how often do you get that? The icing on the cake is that when Clare had a holiday halfway through our sale, their previous conveyancer covered and nothing was held up in the slightest.
