Really helpful Vet Practice. Can't fault the staff or the service

The staff are really kind and understanding. Mollie is a credit to the place, made me feel much more confident in having my feline best mate in for an operation

This practise is very caring. Recently I had to take my cat for 3 days running since he was diagnosed with diabetes. All of the staff were so kind and helpful. I didn't feel rushed and everything was explained to me. One day I was there twice with both of my cats after a stressful morning, and the nurse had so much empathy and compassion. I even got a cup of tea as I was so upset. Very friendly and the admin staff are just brilliant too. I can always get a same day appointment for acute conditions too.

Very clean, friendly staff & welcoming. No complaints at all how my dog was treated. The only reason 4 stars instead of 5 the parking is not good very limited space off road.

Had to call in an emergency after just moving here after my cat nibbled a plant she shouldn't have. Excellent telephone service and advice. Will def be registering.

Very good always are

We have been going to White House vets for 8 years since we first brought home our cockerpoo puppy. The staff have always been excellent, without exception, over the years. Our dog can’t even walk past the building without trying to go in! I can’t recommend it highly enough!

A great practice, the staff are always very friendly and very helpful, my cat Blueboy and myself are always made to feel at ease and comfortable, Blueboy loves going and loves the extra attention he gets too, all in all 5***** customer service

Amazing Team, Ann has now retired and will be sorely missed ... always friendly, polite caring and very reassuring when I'm anxious and worried,,cannot recommend this team enough,,,very professional, courteous,,Thank you for all you have done and still do for our Girl's xx
