Thank you to Paul at Back On Track for sorting back wheel hub in workshop with an inexpensive fix, supplying rotor for front brake, pointing me in right direction on chain issue and quick links to fix chain, supplying brake pads. Everything has been fitted and works - top advice and parts from someone who really knows about bike mechanics. Just check opening times before dropping in.

Paul was really helpful from the outset and ensured I got the right bike for my needs. The bike was set-up and prepared perfectly with the requested Invisiframe kit fitted, all of this was completed in a week! Thank you

This is my third year with Back on Track, bought a GIANT hardtail during the pandemic and have had the tyres swapped, services performed all at very good prices. I've been very happy with my Fathom, the build quality and aftercare has been excellent as has the customer service in store - really easy to talk to and even ask questions with good honest advice and no condescension.

I went into this bike shop this afternoon. I had just bought a new bike off eBay and needed the use of an Allan key to take a wheel off. The man in the shop was extremely unhelpful and sold me a very cheap looking Allan key for almost £20 I was desperate and it was all he offered me. This evening I have found a similar looking allan key for just under £5. I know realise how completely overpriced this was and am very disappointed with the product and the unhelpful service of the shop. I shall never be visiting this shop again.

I moved to Malvern during the pandemic and didn't know where to go. I broke the seal on my tubeless wheels during the move and couldn't get it fixed properly. Tried these guys and what can I say? Amazing. Paul is fab and now my wheels are even better than when I first bought them! Highly recommend.

You really can't go wrong with Back on Track Bikes! Paul is so helpful and accommodating and the aftercare service is fantastic! Paul listens well and really tries to get a bike suitable for your needs. I bought a Giant E-Mountain Bike through the Cycle-to-Work Scheme and have been so impressed. Cycling up the Malvern Hills has been so much fun and great exercise, alongside cycling to work each day. Can't praise them enough!

Paul went out of his way to build the bike I was interested in so I could get a proper look. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I used a cycle to work scheme and Paul had the bike ready as soon as I could get there to pick it up. Gave me loads of info on getting started on my new bike too. Highly recommended.

Just had work done on my bike by Paul at back on track..would highly recommend this guy my bike feels amazing much cheaper than I expected seems like he's taking his time checking my bike over which I wanted..explained everything to me what he'd done..Will definitely be using back on track again for all my bike needs.

Paul at Back on Track Bikes is an absolute credit to the business! He helped with the purchase of my first MTB. Very patient and extremely knowledgeable.
