This is a lovely place that is excellent value for money. Quality ingredients, quality service with a personal touch. Everything about it leaves you happy to have spent time there.

What I would call an old fashioned tea room, but be aware that there is a flight of stairs to be navigated to get up to the tearoom. Only had a hot chocolate and a cake, but both were ok and service was good.

Absolutely first class afternoon tea. 8 of us (old school friends) stopped in on the off chance, after a quick Google search, following a lovely walk up to Malvern Beacon on our annual weekend away. This is a proper old school tea room with honestly the best scones we’ve ever eaten (and one of our bunch is an ex-food tech teacher and scone aficionado 😆). For £10 we had a lovely generously filled half round of sandwiches (tuna mayo on wholemeal for me) and a perfect, crispy but fluffy scone (my choice was cranberry and orange but you could also have plain, raisin or another which I forget) with really tasty raspberry jam (could also have strawberry, cherry, apricot) and clotted cream, and lovely big pots of tea. We had the upstairs room, complete with sofas and plenty of space for us all to refuel and natter. The staff were wonderful, attentive but not over the top. This was the absolutely perfect afternoon pit stop. Can’t recommend highly enough

How tea rooms use to be and this one still is. Yes, Elgar did visit and you can see his memorial from the window. Old fashioned courtesy from the staff, classic cakes, tea and more. Understated - heaven! An added bonus to a Malvern visit. 5 stars.

A hidden gem of Malvern. With hand on my heart I can stare with all honesty that the scones, the Chai Latte and the Ham and cheese panini are the best i’ve ever had anywhere in my whole life. I’m not exaggerating. Wherever we go we compare them to the Bluebird tea room. Some have come close , some have come nowhere near close. But none have been better. Wish it was open every day!

Top tea room, run by lovely people. Everything was home made, scones a dream. Not busy when we were there, a crying shame.. Really good. Very highly recommended! And dog friendly too 🐾

Lovely old fashioned tea room but with gloriously modern service and food. The home quiche, scones and cakes are simply delicious. 🤤

Booked afternoon tea for 3 people on 23rd December for my mother's 81st birthday. The service was second to none, the waiter seemed to be around when needed without hovering nearby and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. The actual building is quaint and just the place for afternoon tea. The little room we where seated in was warm without being overly hot and the whole place is spotlessly clean. Being an old building there are stairs but not steep and quite deep so using walking sticks was quite easy if you take it easy. As for the food, the sandwiches were fresh with plenty of choice of filling and the same with the cakes and scones, they seemed to be homemade and were sublime. A huge thank you to the staff for making mum's day.

Delicious Bluebird afternoon tea - service was speedy, all-round delicious selection and caters very well to those of us with dietary requirements. They have gluten free, dairy free and vegan menus as well as the usual menu. Really impressive. Reasonably priced too. Parking nearby in car park.

Really lovely service at this sweet tearoom in Malvern. They accommodated seven of us for a cream tea on a Saturday afternoon without much notice. The scones were freshly baked for us and everything was great. It was reasonably priced as well! A big thank you to the team there.
