I telephoned ECS after searching on Google and reading all their reviews. Booked in for an MOT, rebooked again for new front tyres and tracking. I was given a very nice courtesy car to use for the day. Very reasonable with their pricing. A big shout out to the gentleman in the reception area who answered all my questions in a polite manner. Thank you to the gentleman who replaced my tyres and sorted out the tracking 😊 I will definitely be using ECS again in the future. One last thing whether it’s a myth or not I would recommend this garage to lady drivers also as you don’t get ripped off for extra work 👌 Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Can't praise this garage too highly. Outstanding service. The clutch went on my car during morning rush hour traffic. It was towed into the garage at 10 o'clock. The clutch was replaced, the car was given a health check before being returned at 5pm the same day. Thank you so much. Service: Transmission repair

Poor communication in relation to when work could be completed. Advised that I would recieve a call back later in the day which did not happen. Due to the terrible experience, I asked for no work to be done so I could take my car to a more trust worthy garage - dispite this they charged me for an ‘investigation fee’ even though I was already aware of the fault.

I’ve started taking my van to ECS. They are part of the Trust My Garage scheme. Ben and the team are so helpful and honest. I recently had problems with my gearbox and it wasn’t as expensive as I thought. Turns out it was the Tuttet and now I’m back on the road! Thanks ECS!

I have sent my car to ECS for years and always get great service! I broke down a few weeks ago, outside of business hours, and Ben was there within 10 minutes. The car was towed into the garage, and even though it was major job, Ben had my car back to me the next day! Nothing is ever too much of a hassle for the ECS team and they always offer great service!
