Pleasantly called back a short while after I tried. Extremely useful, clear, concise and accurate advice on the best path for us to climb the hills given by someone called Nathan. The walk to the beacon did take the 30 min walk he said each way. Also thank you for the useful advice on where to eat in the town.

I booked a holiday in Malvern and up popped a leaflet request form. I ticked all the things I am interested in and today was delighted to receive several very useful maps and leaflets. Thank you very much.

The man in Malvern Tourist information centre was extremely helpful and so pleasant. So right for the job. Deserves a pay rise.

Mad bad and certainly weird come to mind in the old tic manned by the grovel hog and a crew of fish wives funded by council tax payers money at least the tiny new place to help the village of the damned Brummies from the railway station can point to the hill “look it’s this way see the big mound” but don’t come during “foot & mouth”. Frankly dread to think what the advice was during covid.

Visited this Tourist Information Centre during the week Lovely place with great friendly and knowledgeable staff - great to speak to a human being who is local and knows the area Came away with maps and also a street map and advice on train stations , pubs and where things were! A real treasure trove and well worth visiting and using and this place must be kept open - I hate looking things up on the computer

We called at the Malvern Tourist Information office a few days ago to enquire about camp sites in the area. Nathan couldn't have been more helpful. His knowledge of the area is impressive and he has an obvious desire to help. This office is a fantastic asset to a delightful town.

We visited for advice on a good walk and to buy a fridge magnet for my mom! Building is lovely and in the perfect spot. Lady who helped us was fantastic, a great example of the warm friendly people the area has.

David served us, I found him to be very approachable and friendly with a huge amount of knowledge of Malvern and the various attractions available. Great sense of humour too! :)
