“One of the best things we ever did”: those are my wife’s words, who wouldn’t describe herself as a motor car enthusiast. We rented a Plus Four and the following day we did the factory tour. Our car was handed over by a special person, Les, whom to my surprise, despite doing this very often, had an enthusiasm about the car and Morgan that surpassed mine by far (and I would define myself as a car enthusiast!). The day after, he was going to lead the factory tour but we had been assigned to a different group. I called in the morning to ask if we could join Les’ group only to discover he had moved his shift to be able to join the group we were in! We were flabbergasted!!!
It’s hard to describe how thrilling and heartwarming the whole weekend has been. The car itself combines two unique factors: it’s more exciting than all motorbikes I owned (it has an acceleration from a different planet); it’s timeless beauty, a car that one can equally enjoy behind the steering wheel or watching it parked whilst sipping a coffee.
Driving through the Malvern Hills and the Cotswolds (the Experience team has you covered in terms of scenic routes) might have played a role in augmenting the overall experience, but that’s exactly what the Morgan is all about: soaking in the most beautiful things there’s to experience in this world, nature and man-made excitement. I never felt so happy parking a car to go and grabbing a coffee.
Thanks to Morgan Motors to keep this dream alive and special thanks to Les for helping impress on us long lasting memories.

We enjoyed a fabulous tour of the morgan factory and visitor centre. The tour guide (cousin?) was very knowledgeable friendly and went out of his way to answer questions. The tour was very informal and we felt we had a great insight into every stage of the manufacturing process and the display of wonderful workmanship and skills. The workers in the factory were also very friendly and happy to talk about their roles. Special shout out to Henry who I could have stayed and talked with alot longer!. The visitor centre is a beautiful venue with wonderful architecture. The cafe was very good too and the afternoon tea very filling! The audio earpiece on the tour was a great idea and easy to use and adjust so everyone could hear at their preferred volume. A bit of the tour is outside so the tour guide warned us to take a coat if needed. Overall a 5 star experience in the very beautiful setting of malvern.

Morgan have absolutely nailed brand awareness! We visited the Morgan factory today for a driver experience and factory tour, both were wonderful! I went out for a drive with Brian Harwood in a Super 3 and both were fantastic company. On returning to the factory we did a tour which was incredible, so full of detail, history and technology.
We then visited the Morgan shop and were helped by Alison who has only been a Morgan employee for five weeks but is already a brilliant ambassador for the brand. All in all a most amazing experience and very highly recommended.

A great place to visit - especially with your grandson- even more so if you a Morgan owner, or Morgan lover. Our guide Derek did a great job informing us of all the aspects of the wonderful Morgan Motor Company

I was lucky enough to have a days hire of a Morgan as a Birthday present. From arriving on site everyone was so friendly not just the reception staff but all employees. The car was ready to go and after the required paperwork was completed and the controls were demonstrated I was off for a superb day's drive.
A brand new car that was everything that I wanted it to be and more, I was very aware of its value and performance so was a little nervous to start with but soon started to enjoy it immensely.
On return we visited the cafe on site and although late in the day a delightful girl served us tea and cakes to round off a memorable day. I will be back for the factory tour soon.
If you can get there it's well worth it.

This was an impromptu decision given I was in the area, and I booked it the night before very easily. As a petrolhead this has got to be one of the best experiences ever, seeing how a small but perfectly formed factory is working. The Morgan people have done a marvellous job with their customer experience Center and their guides (Andy was outstanding). You get the sense that it’s all a big family and there is tangible pride in their work, much of which is like artists working rather than factory per se.
I m easily sold into the ownership dream after this.

A piece of British history that should be treasured, the museum at the end, but most of all seeing the skills of the employees, true craftsmanship. People may say well you can get a car cheaper and that is true, but its been built by robots. These cars are all individual and will have a soul and most the customer has created their own piece of motoring history.

The Morgan Experience was a thoroughly enjoyable experience that I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in cars or the Morgan Tradition.
We were greeted by professional and friendly staff at the reception who verified our booking and gave us directions to the starting point.
The tour guide Andy was really great, he took the party on a journey stretching back over a hundred years, explaining the founding of the company, its values, ethics and manufacturing process. We were taken through the factory and shown every facet of the build process from the building of the chassis, the construction of the ash frame and the forming, painting and fitting of the bodywork for the various models.
There were plenty of facts, figures and interesting and memorable stories and all the questions were answered.
We saw the engines and transmissions being fitted. body lines being added, and the PDI facility at each and every step a full explanation and sometimes a demonstration was given.
The factory tour felt safe and the tour party was given a good H&S briefing before the tour started.
The Experience building is new and very modern the cafe is really good with plenty of space and comfortable seating, afternoon tea was excellent and the cafe staff were professional and attentive.
There is plenty of car parking available.
This turned out to be a very memorable experience for me.

Fantastic and informative trip around the Morgan Factory.
Andy our guide was knowledgeable, knew all the staff we met by first name and funny.
We saw the different stages of the build and craft men and women at work. The uniqueness of the build of these machines came over during the visit.
Highly recommend.
