Gordon Smith Ltd re-curtained our entire house. They have an excellent range of fabrics from which to choose and supplied all the curtain rails etc needed in a timely fashion. My wife ordered some expensive fabric that was 25 % cheaper than anywhere else. The fabric arrived very quickly and was packaged extremely well. Delighted with the service.

Gordon Smith made a beautiful pair of curtain for me. On the phone they advised me how to measure the drop etc (as we live 5 hours from their shop) and they made and posted the curtains to be in good time. Their customer communication was very good and the curtains are beautifully made. I’d recommend this company for made to measure curtains.

I was looking for table cloth fabric and this store had plenty of choice and at reasonable prices I am making a roof bag for my car and this fabric is waterproof and stiff so you don't have as much wind noise like the flimsy bags you can buy. After I had left the area I realised I need a few more metres of the same fabric and I rang the store and the gentleman who answered was extremely helpful and I received the extra piece within 3 days great service thank you so much

Lovely shop. Lots of beautiful china and fabrics. So many nooks and crannies full of furnishings. Love it. Staff are so helpful and friendly. It is always a pleasure to go in, even just to browse. Lots of temptations too.

I came in with the intention of getting some plaid curtains priced, and possibly getting some velvet or velvet offcuts to upholster a chair. Unfortunately the gentleman in the fabric department was very unhelpful - he was wholly disinterested in helping me get hold of any velvet. When I asked for a plaid sample to make sure the curtains would match a rug, he gave me the smallest scrap of material which didn't have enough of the pattern on it to be useful, despite the fact that the end of the roll was uneven as it had clearly already had a large sample taken from it. His attitude made me decide against asking for a quote for the curtains. I am very disappointed. We have just moved to Malvern, and someone recommended this store as a great place to have curtains custom made. If I liked the first set, I was planning to get all our curtains made here. I will now be looking for somewhere else to get my curtains made. I am frustrated as this store is very conveniently located and has loads of beautiful fabric, but I am unwilling to spend money there after this negative experience. The staff in the kitchen department were much friendlier, hence the two stars.

I tried to order something for click and collect but it wasn’t in stock so they ordered it for me. I spoke to someone called Amy and explained that I have COVID and am isolating so I just wanted some material to keep me occupied! Amy was so helpful she sent me a few pictures of stuff they had in stock and sorted it all for my sister to pick up for me! I will be popping in to get material in the future thank you for all your help! :) x

Fantastic family run business that really go above and beyond. I had 4x pairs of curtains and 2x sets of blinds made and the quality of the materials and craftmanship was impeccable. Service has been brilliant, timely and very accomodating throughout. Matt even hung another pair of curtains that I bought elsewhere for me while he was here! Highly recommend.
