Cannot recommend this nursery enough. My eldest has special educational needs and they are passionate about doing the best they can for him. They take time to understand his interests and provide resources for him based on these. He has come on leaps and bounds since attending. My youngest attends as well, and I am always well informed as to the progress they are making and what they have been doing that day.

Love love love this nursery... My boy has settled very well, loves all the staff. So kind, caring and professional. The nursery is so clean and maintained very well. Garden space for the children is brilliant, so many resources to help children grow. My boy has come on leaps and bounds. I am one happy mummy 😊

The staff at Shining Stars are all wonderful and the management team in particular are exceptional. They honestly feel like an extension of our family, they so obviously care about the children. My daughter loves it there. She struggled with speech and language when she first started and the team went above and beyond to help her & she is now a confident speaker. The facilities are really good with a sensory room & extensive outdoors spaces at the back of the building that the children are encouraged to go out in in all weathers. The children are also able to go out nearby on nature trails.

absolutely lovely staff, honestly can't fault them and their dedication to their jobs. Always on hand to support you with anything wether it be needing extra funding for 1 on 1 and behaviour management at home/nursery or if you just need somebody to listen to you and be your friend. Would honestly recommend this nursery to everyone AND not forgetting the hot lunches Gemma makes for the kids, my son would eat all his meals at nursery but would be fussy at home so that in itself speaks volumes. 10/10 *****

This is a great nursery for getting your child in to the routine of daily life, the staff a really caring and understand and evan when struggling with home life they give advice. they always welcome you and your child when arriving and also fill you in with you child's learning that day. tidy and clean nursery happy with the choice I have made.

A fantastic clean nursery with an outstanding team and a great use of facilites for my children with spacious play areas. i.e. large play areas and woodland play area at the rear. ''Baby days'' form of commucations from Shining Stars, are brillaint, as I get updates almost everyday on how my children are doing! Also I have used the holiday club for my children and its been so helpful being a single working parent. I Highly recommend this nursery in the surrounding areas of Malvern.

A wonderful nursery with a real family feel! Children are individually valued and cared for in the way that suits them. Staff are professional and efficient as well as being kind and friendly. A truly nurturing environment for little people.
