Fantastic experience using this firm for our recent house purchase. Despite lots of issues with other parties solicitors within the chain we were fortunate that our conveyancing was done efficiently, thoroughly and promptly by WLS. Would highly recommend

Please read this review carefully for your personal benefit. We leave this review to protect other people from experiencing the problems we have. The sale of our property took 7.5 months because of the delays caused by this solicitor. In the end, the sale was handled by 3 different solicitors, 2 of which left the company in a short space of time. Surveys not requested on time resulted in situations changing in the chain from which we were buying. Even while we waiting for these delays, new enquires were raised many months into the process when these could have been addressed early on. Documents were sent password protected so that lenders could not open them resulting in 20 working days delay. The third solicitor to handle the file raised totally different enquiries not raised by the first two during the final weeks leading up to completion when everyone else in the chain are waiting to exchange. The whole process has been handled in a shocking manner. The above detail can be completely backed up with evidence.
