I was in the Amaze shop at the same time as Mr Ruparelia who left a review on Saturday.
The staff were incredibly polite, this gentleman was taking multiple photographs of numerous greeting cards. It was explained to him that it was a charity shop and that his actions were depriving somebody in real need of their income. The cards are only £1 each and are extremely good value, to act in the way this man conducted himself was morally wrong.
The young lady in the shop invited the man to purchase rather than photograph. The man was apologetic and purchased some items, he made no complaint in the shop and left happy and smiling so I can’t understand his comment.
Amaze do a fantastic job helping disadvantaged people in Malvern and seem to have the full backing of the local community, it’s such a pity that people complain when they are clearly in the wrong.

Absolutely fantastic! The most amazing gift shop I have ever visited - unusual, quirky, different full of unique items made by disadvantaged people.

Some very good products - not so sure about the customer service though, makes me feel very reluctant to shop in there again. I’d rather give to another charitable cause or to another charity serving the homeless. Charity is given without any strings attached and generously within one’s means for the more needy in society. Whatever you do Don’t take any photos outside (or inside) for your amusement as a tourist unless you want to be admonished or spoken down to like a naughty schoolboy/girl (because other people may have posted these on the internet and thus depriving (not sure how exactly) some much needed cash for the less fortunate). On passing by and stopping to browse and make some purchases my initial impression was that the shop was an Amazon Prime Shop with its name ‘Amaze’ and ‘Prime’ being used in the title of the shop and its signage. It’s wasn't clear at all that it’s a charity shop. My shopping experience here will not repeated in a hurry.

What a wonderful place to visit. The lovely man in the shop at the time was so knowledgable and kind. It really was a little treasure trove for us teachers! What a fantastic charity.

Absolutely fantastic at EVERYTHING they do. Real life savers / if you don’t go in and have a chat you are missing the opportunity of a lifetime. Wish I’d known them years ago
