Reception were understanding and helpful, the dentist and hygenist I saw were both lovely and top notch professionals.

Dr Shniar Mahmood is a credit to the dental practice. She made me feel at such ease and was super helpful in assistance post treatment. I’m planning on bringing my three children to her too as she was so welcoming. Brilliant work Shniar :)

It was a very pleasant experience being seen by the Hygienist. She was very friendly, professional and gentle. Her assistant was lovely too.

I am a new patient at this surgery having been with my last dentist in Bath for over 30 years, even travelled down to Bath when we moved to. Malvern 7 years ago, decided it was time to change and I can say I have no regrets. My husband and I were very impressed when We first went in to make inquiries about moving and were very impressed how friendly and welcoming we were made that We had no hesitation about joining. I have since had a check up and hygiene appointments and again staff very friendly and helpful. Explaining everything they were doing and giving very good advice. Again friendly receptionist that told us our next appointments with dentist and hygienist was booked in. No hesitation on recommending this dentist practice.

I attended an hygienist appointment earlier this week. The reception staff were friendly and efficient and I was seen on time. Niama Noor carried out the work and she was so approachable she soon put me at ease. Both her and her assistant (sorry can't remember her name) were so upbeat ....it was a breath of fresh air. That aside, Niama was thorough in her initial examination and in the process of descaling my teeth. Thank you for such a first class service.

Only been a couple of times but genuinely a great place. Aaron O is such a great dentist, always makes you feel welcome and relaxed :)

Brilliant staff, brilliant service. Everything was lovely, being an anxious person I get anxious about my teeth easily but the staff are always kind and supportive :))

I came in recently to visit the hygienist. My appointment started on time and the treatment I received felt very thorough. I feel that this practice has improved a lot over the years and I am very pleased to be back as a patient there. It feels I'm in safe and thorough hands. Thankyou to all concerned.

Decent, the staff are really friendly, the whole setup is quite efficient. I'm not convinced that I need dentist and hygienist appointment every 6 months, maybe every 12 months. But hey, it could be worse and i couldn't have nhs dental care. Nice dental practice overall 👍
