My kids come here. They love their appointments and the staff are warm, friendly and great with kids. My youngest (4) said he likes coming because the dentist is always kind to him and they both enjoy going on the chair. Overall the practice has made coming to the dentist an overwhelmingly positive experience for which I am grateful. Thank you.

I am complaining about this dentist service. They are certainly a poor service with understanding autism communication, they expect autistic people to understand and manage everything, and don’t care about patients being honest about when we don’t understand what they’re trying to explain. It’s really confusing when they do too many change of plans at once and don’t answer questions, they don’t care about patients like me who has a jaw problem in a new position with teeth feeling uncomfortable. When I asked them to answer each individual detail question to clear the confusion of what’s causing what, they kept repeating what I wouldn’t understand, they didn’t care and let the communication intensify, they made me have an autistic seizure meltdown when I was trying to get them to stop the confusion before it gotten worse but they didn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend a service like this as they disrespect patients disability’s and are clearly not trained, they should improve as they are an NHS service. Nikki the receptionist is certainly rude at causing an autistic overload in patients and doesn’t care about giving the answer to the question, she certainly doesn’t respect information overload and confusion by not going by the questions I ask and wants to confuse me even more to cause a autism seizure meltdown with dizziness of an overload. She certainly isn’t a caring or understanding person as she only thinks of herself by not caring and showing happiness only once upsetting patients.

After my original NHS dentist in Worcester took me off their patient list because because they said I hadn't been their for over 6 months. Prior to this I did inform them I'm not well. I'm diagnosed with PTSD & border line personality disorder and I have a mental health team. They still wouldn't except that I had phoned them to inform them I would call them when I felt well enough to leave my home. So after this I struggled to get into another NHS dental practice. When I phoned Malvern Spring dental practice I knew straight away that it would be a good dental practice from the time I spoke to the receptionist. On arrival for my first appointment I was greted with more than a warm welcome. The receptionist noticed my PTSD lanyard she knew straight away what I was and made me feel at ease and asked if I would like a glass of water. When they called me to go into the dental room the staff was exceptional and realising I had mental health issues. I could tell the training they have had to look after vounreble people was better than I've had from some of my Mental Health team. I'm very thankful for the treatment they gave me and look forward to seeing them in 6 months time.

As an NHS patient I am very grateful for the service and professionalism I receive from this practice. The booking system & text/email reminders are useful to remind me when I need to attend. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The dentist and staff are professional and efficient and have helped with a couple of emergency appointments recently which I can not thank them enough. Highly recommend this practice 👌

Tam is fantastic. Always so patient and caring. I've been with his practise for more than 10 years now and never ever been anxious about keeping an appointment. Nicky, receptionist and Chloe the nurse both are very welcoming. Always cheerful.

Had the worst dental pain so called the surgery.
The receptionist was extremely friendly, helpful and managed to get me an emergency appointment the following day.
I needed a root canal so was booked in for 2 weeks time.
I recieved a phone call later that day and was told they could fit me in the next day due to a cancellation.
I was so thrilled to be put out of my mysery so soon.
Impressed by the receptionists tirelessly and meticulously following COVID rules keeping everyone safe and keeping everyone well informed as to what to expect in a friendly and professional manner.
I was scared about having a root canal but soon put at ease by the dental nurse and Dr Mirza.
The surgery went really well.
I couldn't be happier with the result & how well I was treated by all the staff.
I now have a beautiful crown in place of what was a shattered tooth that was causing me excruciating pain and am pain free 🙂
All at this practice have put the smile back on my face in more ways than one and are true troopers during this dismal time.
I have been a patient at a few other dentists in Malvern but Malvern Spring Dental Practice is by far the best.
I can't thank them enough and would definitely recommend this surgery

I cannot fault this dental practice or the staff. I have been visiting now for approximately 5 years and can’t praise enough the professionalism of my dentist. Tam is the best dentist I have ever had (in 50 years) and my teeth have never looked so amazing. I would highly recommend Tam and his team. Such a remarkable dentist. Huge thanks to Tam x

An excellent practice, very nice staff and brilliant medical service I had. I had severe pain with an infection underneath a broken tooth that I was told many times will need surgery for, but was done very smoothly and professionally. Can't recommend more. Thanks Dr Mirza and the whole practice team

I am a very anxious patient and deeply dislike any medical appointments and will avoid them if possible. However I don't hate and almost like Malvern Spring Dental, so they must be truly amazing. That's a bit of a backwards compliment I know but I hope others who feel like I do will understand the sentiment. Both times I have visited so far I have arrived on time and been seen quickly. I am very thankful for that. Yes I have had to wait a few weeks for an appointment but that's a symptom of the environment they're working under; but I for one am very thankful to find a local NHS dentist and not have to travel to Worcester. They are doing an amazing job in tough circumstances.
