HMS have been so helpful to us. Andy has been out twice to give us advice on our options regarding optimising our current system vs upgrading vs switching to an air source heat pump. We never felt pressured by any 'sales pitch', in fact Andy was very honest about letting us know which upgrades wouldn't be worth it for our home. We really valued the advice and it's been really helpful in giving us more information about how to proceed.

Contacted them to discuss a new boiler system. They talked, advised, eventually sent someone to quote, delayed, delayed again and then, a MONTH after the initial conversation sent an email out of the blue saying they were refusing to quote me. No good reason was given and my request for one was ignored. I suspect, one of their engineers has a personal vendetta because he is friends with an estranged family member. If this is true, it’s disgusting! Unprofessional! Poor communicators! Rude! They ignored all follow up correspondence after they decided to dump us after stringing us along and lying about being able to quote us (in person and on the phone). If they are this unreliable and unprofessional *before* they take any money from you, who knows what they are like when you pay them. I probably dodged a bullet. Be very wary.

These guys were so professional, they repaired my boiler really quickly and tidied up every little bit of mess so it was like they were never there. Lovely bloke that came to do they repairs and I liked the service so much that I will getting my boiler serviced by them every year. The two guys made an excellent job installing our new Boiler and Radiator. They were very polite and professional. Absolutely no mess left behind and I can't praise them high enough from the original quote to the completion of the work. Extremely happy and without doubt would recommend HMS to anybody who are considering their services.

Initially had an issue with our heating system which was maintained by a national company who were unable to resolve. Contacted HMS who attended within a few hours and gave us sound advice. Decided to have a new system which was installed by HMS which has been absolutely first class. All the Engineers were extremely professional, polite and took extreme care when installing.
