Very friendly and efficient service. What I like about the team that comes to clean is they seem to get on well together, and collaborate as a team, to leave the house always looking beautiful. Often there are three or four working together, but last week Lou F and Tracy managed as a pair, yet the house was still immaculate by the time they left. This week, Agnes, Hilary and Tracey did another great job. We first had Bright & Beautiful to clean the old house prior to the new owners moving in. and they did a fantastic service. The Bright & Beautiful team have worked with us for a year. They are very efficient, fast working and such lovely ladies. All the cleaning and ironing is done to a very high standard and always with a cheerful attitude. If you like something done a particular way, they will do this and it will be put in your file notes so they always remember your particular "quirk". We usually have the same team, but last week we had Lou F and Tracy and the completed the work quickly and efficiently. I can highly recommend Bright & Beautiful to clean your home.

The cleaning crew from Bright and Beautiful turned up with all the equipment and cleaning materials they needed. The four ladies cleaned the house we had just moved my Mother out of from top to bottom. Floors, carpets, cupboards, shelves, windows, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, even the fluorescent light covers. You name it they cleaned and polished it. What a fantastic job, the house smelled so clean when they were finished. The team were wonderful to work with and didn't stop until the job was done. I would recommend them to anyone.

We used them to clean a rental house we were moving out of and an older house that we were moving into. We got our deposit back on the rental which, for anyone who has rented, gives you an idea of the job they did as agencies will try to find fault with everything! The older house was also well tended to - all the slight doggy smell had a gone and I could put things straight into cupboards and drawers. Lovely people too.

Just engaged Stuart and Eve for our two businesses. Their team have done a fantastic job and by far the best cleaning company we have used so far. Very slightly more expensive than a sole trader but well worth the extra for the proficiency, peace of mind and reliability. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others in Malvern and surrounding area.

In what was a very complex and demanding move of house, B&B were of enormous assistance in cleaning our large and demanding old farm house to a very high standard. Very pleasant, helpful and with a commendable attention to detail they achieved in three hours what would have taken us three days. The stress of moving and all the anxiety were drastically reduced because of the service they provided. I would recommend them to anyone. A competitive price for the job was the icing on the cake.
