I went shopping with my husband to buy him a suit. We went to Cox’s on a recommendation. The service was above and beyond. The suit was fitted and altered within 24th. Upon collection he spotted a shirt he would like to wear there and then so they ironed it for him . Wow fantastic shop. Thank you

Really mean and condescending attitude. When they responded to my request to buy a tuxedo with "You mean a dinner jacket", I accepted it. They could have let me know that "tuxedo" is the American term but okay. When they started outlining the various lapels and features on the jacket and dismissively said "but you wouldn't know anything about that" I gave them a pass. It's true that I don't know all the features, but I didn't see why it needed to be condescendingly and meanly highlighted. But when I tried to say that I wanted to have a dinner jacket with a tie even though it's not the traditional option, I found myself basically being told they were refusing to let me buy one. I wasn't being treated like a valued customer planning to potentially spend a lot of money for their wedding outfit. Instead the attitude towards me was consistently pompous. I get quite self conscious and nervous when buying clothes anywhere, but in an M&S, where the products are a tenth of the price, I would never be treated like this. I wanted to support local business, but I was not prepared to put up with this mean and dismissive attitude that seemed intended to make the customer feel small, not valued. If Cox of Malvern don't learn some important lessons about customer service, particularly when welcoming new customers, I honestly think they will struggle.

Used cox of Malvern for wedding suit hire. Great selection of suits to hire and friendly staff who are happy to help. They have a hire department as well as a sale department. If you buy suits from them you can have the tailored to fit you just right.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and gave all the time you're needed for the tailor made suit that's to fit me personally so not just off the rails.
