An excellent addition to Malvern. It has a cosy feel and the staff are always warm , helpful and welcoming. The books are mainly classics, with well-known authors, and very good value. Jane organised an evening with Carol Drinkwater which my wife and I attended last night. An entertaining and relaxing evening that went so well. Jane was a brilliant 'presenter' and was well supported by her young female assistant. We left with a warm glow. Thank you so much. We look forward to attending similar evenings! Having been an avid Kindle reader for a long time, I bought my first hardcover book from there today! It has it's own unique charm and I didn't feel rushed to come out of the store. Very friendly staff and great store layout. Such a pleasant experience and will definitely visit there again. Thank you for being in Malvern!

I’ve shopped in the Rossiter shops in Cheltenham and Ross on Wye, the one in Malvern is of as high a standard as the rest. I’ve been a bit stuck on what I want to read next so I asked for any recommendations letting them know what I’d enjoyed reading recently and was given so many great suggestions, some I bought and some have been added to my list. The service in all the Rossiter stores is always fantastic and is always a great shopping experience.
