I ordered 2xbacon and cheese wraps, 2xsausage rolls and 2xginger bread men. When the food arrived, there was only 4 sausage rolls and 2 gingerbread men but no bacon and cheese wraps. I looked in the bag and noticed so went outside to catch up with the driver for him to say they had to substitute for 2 sausage rolls which are less money then the bacon cheese wraps also if he knew then why didn't he say at the door that there was substitutes so I have him the food back and said I want a full refund, not one person from parsons rang me to see if I would like something else hence why my review on here. I love the food, don't get me wrong but communicate with paying customers and when I checked your site again, you had removed the item so really you should had done that to save confusion and the review I gave you!

Friendly staff and good prices. However, I'd avoid the jam donuts - virtually no jam and the tiny bit you get is very dry. Very disappointed, but no need for a napkin to wipe your hands when the jam oozes out !

We had a too good to go pick up today. These guys are amazing. We had an amazing amount of awesome food. These guys are amazing, I cannot recommend them enough.

Always enjoy the bread pudding from Parsons and the prices are very reasonable. However when visiting today noticed a wasp on one of the cakes, informed a member of staff who picked the wasp up with some paper and got rid of it but left the cake in the counter!! Not good hygiene practice at all! Oh and maybe a friendlier service, seemed like all the staff there don't actually want to be there! Come on guys, cheer up!!

Parson had a great selection of baked goods, sweet and savoury. Their meal deal is great, you get lots for little ££. Today I had what I believe is a fairly recent addition to their cakes...a banoffee slice and it is without a doubt one of the best things I've ever eaten! Heaven. Great local shop.

Friendly staff and great food. The cheese and bacon crossaint is really nice. It didn't look that big on the shelf. But. Once I had it in my gob, I realised just how big it was (that's legitimately what my girlfriend said when she had one). Lovely venue.

We bought a cream slice and a vanilla slice for tea. Lovely fresh cakes and good value too. You’d think the local cafes would want to sell cakes as good as this but no, never mind, their loss
