We hired a taxi from Ledbury to Cheltenham for 6 people. We booked in advance and the ride arrived promptly, got us there on time, and was a very pleasant driver and journey. They kindly offered to also help us with a return journey, which we were able to flexibly book later in the evening. All in all a great experience and I'd certainly use them again.

Excellent service, picked us up at the hotel in perfect time and drove us to Manchester airport. Very friendly driver and honest prices, will definitely book again for our next visit!

Kamran is professional, polite and punctual. I have used him a number of times from Ledbury to Birmingham airport and back. He has picked up my elderly parents arriving with assisted support and has taken my family with small children. Nothing is too much bother for him. I am astounded that anyone could have had any negative experiences. Heartily recommended.

This man’s lack of forethought is actually dangerous. I booked him for a journey from Malvern to Birmingham airport and he said that - for an extra charge- he would provide a car seat for my 18 month old son. At that point I trusted him to arrive with a working car seat. He showed up with a wrongly fitted seat where the straps were so tight no child could fit in it. I asked him to adjust the straps to make it work and he said he didn’t know how and told me to do it. Any parent knows how complex car seats can be to figure out on first time round. At 5am, in the dark, rushing for the airport I wasn’t able to fix it. We would have missed our flight if I’d taken it inside and searched online for the manual. So we had to drive down the motorway without a seat for my infant son. I’m also pregnant and having my son on my lap as squashed my baby bump. The journey was risky for both my son and my unborn child. When I expressed frustration that, since he promised a car seat - and charged me for it- I’d hoped he’d have set it up to work he didn’t apologise. Just told me it was my responsibility to solve it. To keep my overexcited son calm on my lap I had to feed him some snacks which left a few crumbs in the car. The driver - Gabriel - was really hostile about it. All over a horrible, unprofessional and dangerous service. Would never use again!

Definitely not recommended. Dispatcher did not listen carefully to requests. There were 4 of us including 2 elderly passengers with mobility limitations. I emphasized the car should be big enough to take us, whilst it was a nice car, it wasn't big enough. 3 of us were squashed in the back. Then, with no fault of the driver, we were taken to the wrong location. When challenged I was rudely told by the dispatcher that I had given the wrong destination and could have walked to the correct destination. I could have, but the 2 other passengers in their 80s, couldn't. I was also told that we must be very big if we couldn't fit. Finally arrived at my son's wedding stressed and fuming.
