I am a 3rd year student nurse currently on placement at The Springs Care Home, my experience so far has been nothing but positive. Every staff member I have come into contact with have been so kind and supportive. I have seen every resident treated with dignity, respect and care, the staff work so hard to create a safe and welcoming environment for all. I have been impress with the size and cleanliness of each room, as well as the care that staff and relatives have taken to personalize each one. It has been a wonderful place to learn and experience this side of nursing and I am looking forward to continuing here.

Dad had been a resident at the Springs for nearly a year now. It is a lovely caring home that we as a family cannot fault . Dad is a resident on the Morgan Suite. The staff are so caring and accommodating. The Nurses are absolutely wonderful , as are all of the staff. Nothing has ever been too much trouble . Dad’s room is always clean and Dad is very content living there. They have regular musical entertainment which Dad really enjoys. The home definitely has a lovely homely feel to it. It is well led by a strong management team who always aims to rectify any issues promptly . It has become our extended family . Clean, good food, extremely caring , and embrace family communication. 10/10

I’d like to express how grateful I am to all of the staff at The Springs, my wonderful dad Bernard, has lived there for almost a year now. From the outset he has was welcomed and cared for in the way we’d always hoped for. Dad is happier than we’ve seen him for three years, he is encouraged to be as independent as possible, and he’s stimulated. We can visit whenever we like, there are no barriers. Please accept my sincere thanks, you are a wonderful team, i can wholly recommend The Springs to anyone looking for the right home for an ailing elderly relative, you can trust that they will be comfortable and looked after properly.

What a joy it was to visit the springs. Very professional receptionist, whose meet and greet approach was faultless, which leaves you very confident in the running of the home. The staff were very professional , with a warm ,kind, homely approach. The building is kept very clean. Well done to all the staff who have created a wonderful atmosphere.

My 89 year old Dad recently spent 2 weeks at The Springs for some respite care. Staff were professional, friendly but above all caring. We especially appreciated this at what was a very difficult time for all of the family.

Worst place to work at unfriendly staff I had the worst experience to work there, the staff who works there are rude especially their manager. They’re not organised whatsoever. I have felt uncomfortable while I was working there doing my shift.

Do not hesitate to take a room for your loved one here it is fantastic. My father had 6 months with them before he passed away, first on the residential floor, Priory and then on nursing in Morgan. Both units are purpose built, clean and airy, my father thought he was in a hotel! The staff I cannot praise highly enough; they really do care. They seem to bond with the residents and become part of your family. My father ended his life feeling cared for, safe and with dignity. Thank you
