My boiler stopped working this morning, no hot water or central heating! I was in a panic but was recommended BK heating by a friend. The lady in the office was super nice and friendly and Bruce came out the same day. He investigated the boiler and fixed it there and heheh. He was also incredibly friendly, calm and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to all. Genuine and reasonable rates. Didn’t try to push me to buy anything or convince me the issue was massive (as I was terrified it would be!) top notch service from a top notch company. Thank you so much BK heating!

Made a very good job of fitting a radiator in an unusual place. Impression rather spoilt by delays and a tendency to moan. Also tried to charge more than the sum quoted.

Always an excellent and friendly service from BK Heating. Recently had a new radiator fitted in the hall. Bruce and Ollie previously did an incredible job fitting a new boiler for us in West Malvern, all with an air of professionalism and courtesy, working late on the first day to make sure we had heating and hot water as soon as possible. And they even threw in a couple of extra small jobs tidying up some pipework at no extra charge. I would highly recommend them!

After our boiler gave up the ghost, we looked around for a new supplier including the national companies who you would expect to be cheaper than a local guy, but we came across Bruce and his team at BK Heating, they responded quickly & cost was very competitive, the new boiler was installed with no problems at all, and Bruce has been back a few times to make sure all is well, what can I say, but a very professional, & friendly company, nothing is to much, I would strongly recommend BK Heating.
